By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
FinishOps provides an AI-powered field service management platform for finishing contractors. The Service includes estimation tools, project management, crew scheduling, invoicing, bid management, compliance tracking, and related features. The Service is currently in pilot/early access phase.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the platform, including customer records, estimates, invoices, project details, photos, and documents. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. This includes processing data through AI features for estimation and analysis.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate estimates, line items, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving all AI-generated estimates before sending them to customers.
FinishOps does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated estimates. Actual costs may vary based on job conditions, material prices, labor availability, and other factors not fully captured by the AI.

During the pilot phase, the Service is provided at no cost. When commercial pricing is introduced, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Founding members and early access participants may receive special pricing as communicated at enrollment.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINISHOPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinishOps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by FinishOps LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
